ProValve, Inc. is a company that specializes in a variety of Distribution/Collection system maintenance.
ProValve, Inc. is owned/operated by Kenneth Neal, a NC Certified System Operator in Distribution, Backflow/ Cross-connection
and Collections. Kenneth has been in the underground utility industry for more than 14 years in the private and civil sector.
His knowledge of water/sewer systems and maintenance has been recognized by several local municipalities.
